Many thanks to our hosts. They were really helpful with buses which you can’t find on maps. Also, they made breakfast for us and when we left, gave a small present. To be honest, the location is very convenient with a few beaches just in a few minutes by walking. 15 minutes by car to Old Town. Thank you very much to Markov family!!!

Mathea and his wife are very nice, the place is very well located, parking was free. The apartment we took was very clean and smells fresh. I recommend.

Matija is a great, kind and caring owner. He’s also offered us some chocolate/banana crepes that were delicius The apartment was clean and there is also a parking for free, and it was full of all the comfort and stuff. 10/10 will return

Exceptional - It was a good experience. The Markov family was kind and helpful and they gave us the best and the most useful information about the city. The beach is within walking distance, in fact my daughters went by themselves in the morning and enjoyed the sunrise. The apartment was nice and clean. Enjoyed our dinner in the balcony.

Superb - The host were very friendly towards us and one day they also prepared for us some crepes, there are some good restaurants and cocktails bar near the house and the nearest beach is big and not very crowded. The house is also fully prepared for cooking, making coffee and tea

Comfortable stay, energetic & helpful host, we had a wonderful time spending our time in Zadar. We are a family of 3 and we had all the facilities for a comfortable 2 days stay at the apartment- in terms taking rest, socialising, cooking .. ! The host were very helpful in giving us tips & guidance to us on how we can make best use of our time … & it helped for us whether it is finding the nearest beach, shopping market & for the travel to the city center 😊

100% recommendable - The family Markov were very kind, they even cooked for us one night so we could taste what they had done. The location is excellent, 2 blocks away from the best beach.

Cork City couples first time in Zadar - Loved the cleanliness of the apartment. It's location was great, as a lot of good restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a grocery shop just across the road where you could buy water, snacks and drinks. There was a bakery next door where you could buy fresh bread and an Italian pastry shop less than 100 metres from the apartment building. Luka was very helpful and collected us and brought us back to the airport. It's a pity that there was no microwave in the apartment to reheat our food. There is an oven, but that takes a little longer to warm the food.

Highly recommended, we did not miss anything! Just everything.. everyone was super friendly and very helpful. The fairy godmother Veronika was there for us every day, took very gracious care of us and left nothing to be desired. The same goes for Ivan.. We were even allowed to use the bicycles from the landlord for a week and that was great. All in all, we had a wonderful unforgettable week with everything you could wish for. We'll be back!

Perfect for honeymoon! Quiet and luxurious - We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful. Particular shout out to Luca, who was so helpful and provided lots of great recommendations for food and activities. The apartment was spotless, and the air con was amazing. The grounds/gardens and pool area were so well maintained. It was fantastic and we'll definitely be back.

Booked the lovely 1 bed apartment for a week. There was not a single fault with this apartment. It was lovely and spacious, everything was cleaned immaculately and we loved having a large terrace facing the pool. The pool area was lovely and relaxing. Luca the host went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday and was amazing throughout our stay. He kindly picked us up and dropped us off to the airport. He kept in touch with us by sending brilliant recommendations for food and places to visit. He also informed us about the shops closing for the public holiday so we were not stuck. Every other worker we encountered was just as friendly, polite and helpful. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying here. You will not regret it. Thank you again!!

Amazing stay! The place is very well organised, cozy and quiet. The location is great- close to everything you need: shop/restaurants/sea. Everything is clean, fresh and new. Room was super comfortable with great design. And special kudos to host Luka who was so friendly and supportive, shared so many things and advice, literally best host I ever met!

Nice place with high quality. Highly recommended. We can only echo the other good comments; Luka gave us a very warm welcome and helped us with good advice and tips during the stay. The standard and cleanliness is very high both inside and at the entire outside area. We enjoyed it very much. The steep slope to the parking lot. I was a bit challenging.

Family of 4 experience - The welcome from the hosts sets the tone for what's to come. The apartments are in top class condition and you can tell they are designed and maintained with the attention to detail that you only get from proud home owners. It's a block of just 9 apartments meaning it's peaceful, the pool always accessible and a personalised service from the hosts. As a location, the area is a lovely mixture of locals and visitors, and not overly commercial. Do check out the beach at nearby Diklo, 15 min walk. And Zadar Old Town a beautiful 45 min stroll away. Overall, apartment was an ideal location and excellent experience for us.

Relaxing break in excellent apartment - Lovely new apartment in a quiet location. Pool was also a big bonus.

Heaven in Zadar - Arrive, amaze, be thrilled, you can't say anything else.Lots of space for everyone, the nice, well-kept pool, parking right by the house.Shop and good restaurants nearby.But the best thing is the care by Luka and Veronika.We were directed exactly to the house via WhatsApp, so it must be, great.A great recommendation, we will gladly come again
